"Dear Friends"
I would not be a very good friend if I had not told you the good news
and the truth.  You see I was in the same position allot of you
are in today.  I searched for anything and everything to fill
that void I had in my heart and in my life, with drugs, money, alcohol,
sex, but nothing seemed to satisfy.  I just was not happy until I
met this man who told me the truth.
That was 21 years ago.  Since then I have come to understand
many things I otherwise would not have been able to
comprehend.   Now your thinking here comes the
religious part.  Well, this has nothing to do with religion.  This is
something that is personal, just between you and Jesus Christ.
I know many won't accept the truth.  There is only one person
who said that the "Truth Shall set you Free".  I didn't know what
freedom meant until I accepted the Lord and looked back at my
life and I could see the bondage I was in.  I still have battles today,
but Jesus made me some promises that I believe he will keep.
One is that he will never leave me nor forsake me.  The moment
I accepted his free gift, I realized I was free from the bondage
of sin forever!   When God looks down on me he see's the blood of
Jesus and through his grace he forgives my sin and then forgets
it forever.  Some people just won't accept that truth, but my friend
I am telling you, when you accept Jesus, you will know without
a doubt what the truth really is.
Now  my friend, I'm not going to give you
a sermon on how to accept Jesus and be saved.  This is the best
way for me to explain it.  All you have to do is ask Jesus to forgive
you for your sins, and to come into your heart and save you, and that
you believe that he died on the cross for your sins and rose the third
day.  By faith you accept his free gift and the best you know how, with
his help, you will live your life for him.
Please Trust in Jesus, he is calling you today to be saved!
Don't put it off, you may not get another chance!
You don't have to clean yourself up or get better!
He accepts you just the way you are!
Now you must get a King James Bible, and read Romans.
It's in the New Testament.  Jesus will help you understand it
better now that you are one of his children.  Before I was saved
I had read verses in the Bible, but didn't understand it.  God
said that the lost cannot understand the things of God.
If you try to get a modern version bible, you will be missing out
on allot of God's words, he said that his words are life.   Just another
ploy of the devil to confuse the new Christian and deceive him to
believe he can understand those new english translations.  Don't you
believe it!  God said he would preserve his word forever and that
we are not to take away or add any words to his word or
we would be accursed. "Revelation 22:18-19"
